Business courses and education can be beneficial, but the best way to truly tackle the demands of running a business is to be prepared to lead and manage a team, set priorities, and handle any conflict that arises. 1. This hit home on so many levels. I’ve been stuck getting stuck. His input on the stumbling block of fear was the strongest take away, for me. He helped me recognize my fear of actually sharing my content IN PERSON was where I was getting stuck: Continually creating content is so much safer. Another great take away was looking at where I really want to be and especially WHO do I really want to be. GREAT podcast- one of the many great ones!!
